She diligently provided progress photos that vividly document her inspiring transformation.
What truly sets Anneke apart is her unwavering determination. Every single morning, without fail, she sent messages around 5-6 am, detailing her workouts. Rain or shine, she consistently pushed herself, even integrating double sessions and incorporating running into her routine.
Anneke's recent completion of a 5km run in excellent time, a milestone she hadn't achieved in years, underscores her perseverance and dedication to her fitness goals.
🥈2nd Place: Marizelle van Vuuren
Marizelle Bekker has achieved an outstanding transformation in the Confidence Comeback Challenge, she has successfully shed 48.5 cm, translating to an impressive total percentage cm loss of 11.72%. In addition, Marizelle has lost a remarkable 13.3 kg, equivalent to 11.72% of her total body weight. Her dedication and perseverance over the past three months have resulted in an exceptional change.
Marizelle's journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment and hard work. She actively participated in all check-ins, and regularly shared progress photos to document her inspiring transformation.
Her active engagement within the community, offering support and encouragement to fellow participants, has been truly commendable.
🥉 3rd Place: Melissa Steyn
Melissa Steyn has achieved a remarkable transformation in the Confidence Comeback Challenge, securing 3rd place through sheer perseverance and commitment.
Her journey was filled with challenges, but Melissa never gave up. Rain or shine, she could be seen walking up and down the neighborhood, determined to achieve her goals.
Her dedication extended beyond herself as she involved her family in walks and healthier eating habits, making healthy living a lifestyle change rather than a temporary endeavor.
Throughout the challenge, Melissa has shown exceptional progress. She started by shedding 32 cm, which accounts for an impressive total percentage cm loss of 7.16%. Additionally, she lost 4.7 kg, marking a 3.92% total body weight loss.
