We often get questions about why we sell spoons, so we're taking World Su***de Prevention Day to explain that it's a fun but informative way to spread knowledge about Spoon Theory 🥄

This is an easy concept to grasp, so is a useful tool for those with invisible illnesses, chronic conditions and mental health struggles to explain to those who don't understand that capacity is limited

We've had sufferers buy these spoons for loved ones, loved ones buy them for someone they know fighting invisible illnesses, and some purchases made by those working in the mental health field
