I have a good understanding of the community in Port Elizabeth as I have lived here for most of my life and have served this city in various areas and ways. I qualified as a psychologist from Nelson Mandela University where I had the opportunity to serve the university clinics and government hospitals as an intern and community service psychologist. I have done numerous outreaches to schools, unde

rprivileged communities, as well as working on the Phelophepa train. I have assisted individuals with managing their mental health challenges in hospitals and clinics across the metro. I offer online therapy to adolescents and adults (15 years and older) via Zoom. I have a wide treatment range and am able to assist with mental health challenges related to
mood, anxiety, trauma, adjustment and covid. Individuals may also seek therapy to get assistance with personal growth.
