My teaching today is the importance of taking irons during your pregnancy. 1. Prevents you from having low Haemoglobin.
2. When don't Irons, your Placenta becomes stucked on your Uterus/ Wound, then when it is being removed, it makes you bleed severely until your Woomb have to be removed.

Please take your Irons regularly that you get from the Medical Clinic.
