As 2025 comes to a close, our hearts are full of gratitude for every soul who supported Enchanted Alchemy and Green Fairy Products.

It's that time of year ✨💜

The beautiful blooms that smell like garlic bread 😋

Wild garlic, the indigenous variety, is truly one of nature’s quiet miracles. Beautiful to look at, powerful in purpose, and deeply generous. It works effortlessly as natural pest control in the garden, while offering so much more beyond that.

In the kitchen, the leaves become my favourite substitute for chives, fresh, gentle, and full of flavour. And when the flowers arrive, that’s when the real magic happens.

This time of year I carefully harvest the blooms to create Fairy Salt. A special, seasonal salt blend infused with herbs gathered straight from the garden. It’s the kind of finishing touch that transforms a simple dish into something memorable. Just a light sprinkle before serving, and suddenly there’s depth, warmth, and a little whisper of garden magic on the plate.
A reminder that the most beautiful flavours, and remedies, often come from what’s growing quietly right outside our door 🌿💫.
