My first Aerial Hoop Workshop @ BodyMind Fitness. Great Fun !!

So it's been 3 months since I stared Aerial Hoop, it's hard work to get conditioned and it takes time to feel comfortable in the hoop. But with practice, patience and dedication, you will see results. Here is a small practice piece I did without a routine or any idea what I wanted to do, so its not smooth or perfect! 😆
