Rogail Joseph ran the 4th fastest time ever in SA in the 200m woman race. Training now with coach Irma Reynecke. This was only her 2nd 200m since school. So proud to be part of her success story.

Lara van Niekerk set a world best in the 50m breaststroke at the SA championships in Gqeberha on Saturday 15 Apr 23. This is 0.11 short of her personal best of 29,83sec.
