You have to give yourself PERMISSION to binge (buy the chocolates & eat them in abundance) in order to stop.🤯
I know this sounds counterproductive.
But let me explain!
Trying to not binge is a form of restriction.
And restriction is the very thing that fuels a binge⛽️
As you recover from bingeing, you WILL have binges.
Because it's impossible to go from:
Bingeing several times a week ➡️ 100% binge free.
This "unrealistic expectation" will keep you feeling like a FAILURE everytime you binge.
PERMISSION to binge is the key to becoming binge free.🔑
