"Why do I still look pregnant after I have had my baby?" Many first-time moms have asked this question.

During pregnancy, a mom's body changes to accommodate the needs of her growing baby. The skin of the stomach area stretches as the baby grows. Each mom's body is different. Try to appreciate and love your body for what it has been through over 9 months. Healthy eating and light exercise, when the time is right for you, may help you to get your body into shape. This must be done in consultation with your medical practitioner.

Today Mom of the journey for JC1face to face Ntokiiey Nokuthula Ndala joined our us.Sharing with us the experience of being a Flourish Mom.Thank Mommy Nox.

We did a Vision board activity, where moms had to share and put their dreams and wishes for their babies on a chart.
The lesson is to understand the difference between having a control over those vision and having an influence over those vision. The influence starts now while they are pregnant.
