2. Potatoes are high in carbs which will make you gain weight. FALSE. Unrefined and processed carbs combined with a sedentary lifestyle will make you gain weight.

30 minute Air-fryer dinner for two πŸ₯˜

- 1 large sweet potato 🍠
- 2 carrots πŸ₯•
- 2 sweet corns cut from the cob 🌽
- 4 zucchinis πŸ₯’
- 1 can chickpeas
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
- dried basil & rosemary
- ground cumin

Method:
- dice all the veggies into bite sizes and throw into a mixing bowl
- drain and rinse the chickpeas and add to bowl
- add a drizzle of olive oil and season to taste
- 20-25 minutes in the air-fryer at 200 degrees

You can swap the chickpeas for bacon or chicken πŸ₯“πŸ—

lemon poppyseed cupcakes πŸ§πŸ‹

these cupcakes are THE BOMB

Ingredients:

Dough πŸ‹
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp poppyseeds
- 1 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup coconut/canola oil
- 2 tsp vanilla

Icing 🧁
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp poppyseeds

Method:
- preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, zest and poppyseeds
- In separate bowl, mix milk, lemon juice, oil and vanilla
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix
- Spoon into donut or muffin pan
- Bake 12-15 minutes
- Wait to cool before icing

Foods high in vitamin B12 are:
- animal liver and kidneys
- clams
- sardines
- beef
- tuna
- fortified nutritional yeast and cereals
- trout
- salmon
- fortified non-dairy products
- dairy products
- eggs

- I moved to Randburg

Well here’s a nice refreshing summer smoothie bowl for you 😏😍

- 1 cup watermelon (you can add more if you want) πŸ‰
- 1 small banana 🍌
- 2 cups frozen strawberries πŸ“
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Blend the watermelon, banana and protein powder first and then add the berries until you get the consistency you want.
