Contraception isn’t just about avoiding pregnancy, it's about planning your future and protecting your health.🫶🏽

💉 Injections – once every 2 or 3 months
💪🏽 Implants – up to 3 years of protection
🥽 Condoms – protect against pregnancy AND sexually transmitted infections
