Your enthusiasm for your chosen path will likely do a great deal to help you cope with conflict and adversity today.

Because your natural tendency may be to look on life's brighter side whenever challenges present themselves, you may have little trouble retaining your optimism in the face of chaos.

However, try not to neglect your real-world needs by assuming that everything will turn out all right in the end with little or no effort on your part.

Understand Before You Act

Your ability to make decisions may be emotionally triggered by your unconscious emotions today.

While making decisions based on what you feel can be positive, simply acting on your feelings without being aware of what drives you could compel you to make impulsive choices.

Taking the time to ask yourself what you are feeling before making any set conclusions today might help you reign in your emotional actions and choose what is truly best for you.

When you need to act during the day, you may want to quiet your breath and ask yourself what you are feeling.

Slowing the breath and stilling the mind gives you the ability to become more in touch with the deepest layer of your emotional being and could give you the clarity you need to make the right choices.

When we become more conscious of the feelings that influence our actions we are more likely to make choices that will lead to positive outcomes, for the more we listen to the wisdom of our intuition the more apt we will be to follow it.

Using our emotions positively and awakening to their guidance allows us to act according to our truest desires and not merely according to our capricious whims.

If you combine the prudence of your rational mind with the emotional today, you will notice that it will become easier to do what is in your own best interest, for you will draw from all available sources of wisdom to make your choices.

In resisting change struggles seeps in and all of a sudden we are in a life which we start to resist and we wonder why the pain and sadness lingers within our selves.
