Apart from that, I am feeling amazing. Definitely experiencing the "honeymoon" phase of pregnancy 🥰 and I am going to keep soaking it up.⁣

Bertus lies on my tummy to feel her give a nice strong kick against his cheek, it's incredibly precious. And speaking of kicking, she mostly moves around when I am listening music in the car, which makes the commute to Joburg everyday so much more enjoyable.⁣

111km of running done this month of September.
Goal for October: 150km

Today was the TOUGHEST 21km race I have ever done. Not because the race was tough but personally. At 10km I was about to call it quits - I felt so heavy, uncomfortable and irritable. I had to a chat with myself to suck it up and enjoy it because I absolutely love running and this is a privilege - I have now run my best 21km time this year 😎🏅
Your mind can make you or break you 💡
And, how cool is this medal?? So glad I didn't bail otherwise I wouldn't have this great medal 🤩

Loving my fresh hair.
I made the cut because my hair was so dry and damaged (I work in a swimming pool everyday) and everything I did just wasn't working to get it looking and feeling lively, shiny and fresh.

I am a relaxed person with my hair, so most days it will look like this, but I enjoy curling it and styling it - so much fun!
