Tired or Fatigued? Know the difference.
🛌 Tiredness is short-term. Rest usually fixes it.
😓 Fatigue is ongoing, deeper and does not improve with sleep. It can be linked to anaemia, thyroid problems, stress or depression.
If you feel drained all the time, do not ignore it. Your body could be telling you something.
