Sometimes you have to recognize the scope of your problem and match it to the scope of the facility you approach.
Here are 6 cases where you should NOT stop at the pharmacy and go straight to a hospital:

💯 Most health issues affecting babies under 2 years (24 months)
💯 Significant blood lost, or losing consciousness
💯 Health issues causing sudden severe intense/ increasing pain or discomfort
💯 Health issues persisting more than 2 weeks (14 days)
💯 Choking or anaphylaxis (not responsive to Epipen)
💯 When you need a sick note, or a deeper diagnostic test not available at your local pharmacy

This might seem obvious for some, but the amount of walkins we've seen with these requests suggests that handling these scenarios is not that obvious to everyone.
