Incase you missed our LIVE cooking demonstration, here’s the delicious 3 Tin Veg Curry Jade cooked, tag a friend who is looking for healthy meal inspo. 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

3 Tin Vegetarian Curry

1 Tbsp. Canola/Olive oil
1 Onion, diced
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 K**b of Ginger (approx. 3cm), grated
2 tsp. Packo curry paste
1 tsp. Ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala
1 Tin Lentils (Rinsed & drained)
1 Tin Koo Baked Beans
1 Tin Woolies Indian Style Tomatoes (or plain tinned tomatoes if you battle with heat)
2 Tbsp. Plain yoghurt
1 Handful fresh coriander

Method:
1. Sauté the onion in the oil on medium heat, once the onion has turned translucent, add the garlic, ginger, curry paste and all of the spices, sauté for about 1 – 2 minutes to allow for the flavor of the spices to develop.
2. Add the 3 tins. Allow to simmer for about 30 minutes, add water if necessary to achieve correct consistency.
3. Just before serving stir in the yoghurt & garnish with the coriander.
4. To fancy it up, serve with sambals of choice such as onion, tomato & coriander chopped, toasted desiccated coconut, chutney and/or banana in yoghurt. Enjoy!

In case you needed some breakfast inspo 🤤 🥞

Banana Flapjacks

Serves 2
Ingredients
2 Small Bananas (180g) mashed/blended
2 Large Eggs (100g)
1/2 Cup Raw Oats (40g)
2 tsp. Cinnamon

Method:
1. Place all ingredients together in a blender and blend until well combined & oat flakes are smaller – approx. 1 minute.
2. Make pancakes in a non-stick frying pan (with spray & cook). Serve with 2 tsp. peanut butter (10ml) & 3/4 cup fresh Berries (140g) & plain yoghurt.
