If you know me, you will know that I love a little competition! So, this week for , I challenge you to do a daily planking set for the next two to four weeks.
Start with a 20 to 30-second plank, in each of the three positions shown in this video. Let's aim to gradually increase your time by 20 to 30 seconds per plank every day. This will increase your strength on a consistent basis. If you would like to take me up on the challenge, please watch this video, where I show you the three basic plank positions (as well as some donts) I have also included some variations to the planking set that you can bring into the challenge, because no one likes to do the same thing over and over ;)
