Sebastian Ferreira will be showcasing his skills at an open workout at Heidelberg Mall on the 18th of January at 12h00.

The photo competition will consist of 2 sections.

The first is an action photo; Sebastian doing his workout. The second is a still photo; a photo of Sebastian with his title together with you.

How to enter the competition:
1. Post your photos on any social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc).
2. Use the hashtag " " in your post so that your photo can be judged and post away!

The winning photo from the action section will receive 2 tickets, valued at R700, to attend Versus Fight Night 11, where Sebastian will be defending his title in the Heartfelt Arena.

The winning photo from the still section will receive a 1 month free fitness program at Ability Academy.
