My naam is Dr Karmi Barnard en ek het 'n groot passie Vir mense en Om 'n verskil te maak in die gemeenskap.
As span Glo ek ons Gaan impak Kan hê.
Ek het in 2011 my MBchB voltooi en my eie praktyk gehad en verskeie plekke Al gelocum

Ek hoop hierdie Kan permanent wees en 'n Lang pad van commitment teenoor die pragtige mense van Rayton.
Dankie Vir die vertroue in my en ek sien kinderlik uit na hierdie pad wat ons Gaan stap.

Dr Danie van der Merwe ...

Qualified as Medical Doctor (MBChB) from UP in 1991. Proceeded to work in the Dept of Family & Emergency Medicine Unit at Kalafong and Pretoria Academic Hosp obtaining MMed in Family Medicine in 2000.
Also worked as Supervising Medical Officer with Gauteng Emergency Medical Services and obtained a Diploma in Primary Emergency Care (the highest qualification in Emergency Medicine in South Africa at the time. Dr vd Merwe then spent the next 5 years in Canada, working in various major Emergency Departments in Manitoba and British Columbia, gaining valuable experience.

After returning to South Africa, Dr vd Merwe spent the next 10 years in various Emergency Departments in Pretoria, before successfully taking over the newly established Mediclinic Midstream Emergency Centre. After 5 years at Midstream, he teamed up with colleagues, Dr Bianca Vermeulen and Dr Schalk Augustyn, managing the Emergency Centre at Mediclinic Brits as well as the Accident and Emergency Unit at Raslouw Private Hospital.
Dr van der Merwe is also a qualified Airline Transport Pilot flying for an Air Ambulance Service in his spare time.

Die landlyne bly dieselfde-net selfone en e posse sal verander.
Al 16000 leers word oorgeplaas na dr vd Merwe hulle.

Ek sluit nou my hoofstuk af in Rayton en baie dankie vir al die jare se ondersteuning.

Goeie more almal .Wil net bevestig dat nuwe drs met al my pasiente se leers oorvat en aangesien dit 'n tydsame proses is sal dit 'n rukkie neem.
Dr Irsigler sou begin van Oktober oorneem maar agv sekere omstandighede het hy besluit om ander fasiliteit in Rayton homself te possioneer.Ons het probeer dat dit 'n mooi oorgangstyd sal wees maar is op die laaste oomblik na lang onderhandelinge nie daarin kon slaag nie.
Gelukkig het ander dr groep belang gestel wat ek glo goeie diens sal lewer in Rayton soos wat ons vir 36 jaar gedoen het-ek vertrou julle sal hulle ondersteun.
Al 16000 leers van my pasiente sal oorgaan na hulle toe.
Al die nommers bly dieselfde net eposse en selfoon gaan verander.
Ek het die gemeenskap nie ''gedrop'' nie en alles sou goed oorgegaan het na die nuwe dr maar sekere intervensies het die koop gekniehalter.
Nuwe dr is dr vd Merwe se groep drs.
Ek is tans in Upington,mis die gemeenskap maar is by my kinders en kleinkinders en ons is happy-wag nog net vir Lume Joshua en Dewald.
Dinge was buite my beheer maar is op 99 gekanselleer.

Today marks a bittersweet moment as we say goodbye to an exceptional doctor and dear friend, Dr. Deon Lombard. After 34 and a half years of dedicated service, today, the 27th of September 2024, is his last day with us in Rayton before he embarks on his well-deserved retirement and relocation to Upington.

Dr. Lombard has been more than just a doctor to many of us—he has been a source of comfort, wisdom, and unwavering support. His kindness, compassion, and commitment to the well-being of his patients have left an indelible mark on all of us. We are truly grateful for the countless lives he has touched and the care he has provided over the years.

As he moves on to this new chapter in his life, we want to express our deepest appreciation and love. Dr. Lombard, you have been an incredible pillar of strength in our community, and while we will miss you dearly, we wish you nothing but happiness and fulfillment in your retirement.

Thank you, Dr. Lombard, for everything. You will always hold a special place in our hearts. ❤️

Dr. Deon Lombard se laaste werksdag is op 27 September 2024 🗓️

Ons kantore sal vanaf 08:00 tot 14:00 oop wees op daardie dag. Maak asseblief seker dat al jou voorskrifte voor 1 Oktober 2024 afgehaal is.

Die praktyk sal gesluit wees vir die oorgangstydperk vanaf 1 Oktober 2024 tot 13 Oktober 2024.

Ons verwelkom Dr. Irsigler, wat die praktyk sal oorneem vanaf 14 Oktober 2024.

We would like to inform you that Dr. Deon Lombard will be retiring, with his last working day being October 1st, 2024. The practice will be closed from October 1st to October 7th, 2024 to ensure a smooth transition.
