I am here to remind you today ➡️ Choosing between two opposites is hard and whichever you choose will bring it's own challenges.

BUT!!! One of your choices will bring great and pleasing reward and the other one will bring regret.

Don't ever say that you did not have a choice. You ALWAYS have a choice!! It may just not be easy, but it is still a choice 🤗🤗

It's Wellness Wednesday!

I want to remind you that salad don't need to be boring. Have fun with a variety of combinations.

‼️‼️There are no rules and no limits to building your salad. 😁

Take this salad for instance...it's a fresh combo of fruits and nuts and some shredded chicken.
Drizzle with the honey mustard dressing and let me know how much you enjoyed this one.

If you struggle add flavor with:

I see all the memes on social media about Mondays being the worst day of the week. A start like this is recipe for disaster for your entire week. Why do you set yourself up to fail?

Instead, you need to change your mindset about a Monday and see how the day changes into one of the best days of the week.

Once your mindset changes, everything on the outside will change along with it (Steve Maraboli).

Mondays are a new beginning!
Mondays are fresh. You can start your diet all over (most of us do...lol).
You can set new goals for the days, weeks, and months ahead of you. If you have failed, you can use this day to start all over.
See Monday as the day you reset all the wrongs and adopt a never quit attitude.

You've got this, you can do it and you can make it work!!
