So many women normalise symptoms that actually deserve attention, simply because they've never been given the right questions to ask.

Heavy periods, debilitating pain, mood shifts that feel out of control - these things are common, but that doesn't always mean they're normal for you.

If anything stands out, please don't brush it off - book a consultation with Dr. Payal and let's look at the bigger picture together.💙

If you've ever been diagnosed with PCOS, this is worth knowing!

PCOS has been renamed PMOS to 'Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome'. And the change is more meaningful than it might seem.

Many women spent years being dismissed because their experience didn't "match" the name. But PMOS has always been about so much more than cysts.

For all women, this shift has felt deeply validating. Like being heard for the first time.💙

Preeclampsia is a pregnancy condition involving high blood pressure that needs careful monitoring, and it's far more common than most people realise.

If you've recently been diagnosed, it's okay to ask questions until you truly understand, and how you're feeling emotionally matters just as much.

Your body is still doing something absolutely incredible!

If you've walked through a preeclampsia journey, share your story in the comments - someone may need to hear it.💙

At every visit, we check your blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature - but for your reproductive health, your menstrual cycle is one of your most important vital signs.

Knowing whether your cycle is irregular, heavy, or painful can help identify concerns like PCOS, fibroids, or hormonal imbalances sooner.

Your body is giving you valuable information - don’t ignore it!

If something feels off, don't hesitate to book a consultation with Dr. Payal for expert, compassionate care.💙

That first positive test brings a whirlwind of emotions - and your first prenatal appointment shouldn't add to that stress.

Think of this visit as the "foundation" for your entire pregnancy. It’s the time when we move from the mystery of those two lines to a concrete plan for your health and your baby’s development.

We’re going to cover a lot of ground from your medical history to the logistics of your delivery, so come prepared to be the CEO of your own care. (And yes, no question is too small or too "silly" to ask!)💙

The world sees the highlight reel. We see all of it - and we think you are extraordinary.💙

Happy Mother's Day to every woman who shows up, day after day, in ways that often go unnoticed. You are more seen than you know!

The ""Gender Pain Gap"" isn’t just a buzzword; it’s a systemic reality where women’s physical symptoms are frequently dismissed as psychological.

You aren't being "dramatic" when you demand answers, you’re being an active participant in your own survival. We are here to be your partners, not your gatekeepers - so let's close this gap together.

Have you ever felt dismissed in a medical setting? Share your experience (or your best advocacy tip) in the comments. Let’s support each other.💙

Here are 3 things we do to ensure your birthing experience is both comfortable and powerful:

1️⃣ We are here to explain the why behind every recommendation and ensure you have the final say in your care

2️⃣ The labor room is your space, not just our workplace. We encourage you to bring the "home" into the hospital to ensure a personalised experience.

3️⃣ Comfort isn't one-size-fits-all. Whether your goal is an unmedicated birth involving peanut balls and movement, or you want that epidural the second you hit the door, we are here to facilitate your choice without judgment.

Birth is unpredictable, but your support system shouldn't be. We aren't just here to deliver a baby; we are here to care for the person becoming a parent.💙

Society is very comfortable talking about the tip of the iceberg, but so many women feel forced to submerge the rest of their experience

They push down the scary intrusive thoughts, the rage that seems to come out of nowhere, the insomnia that keeps them awake long after the baby has settled, and the terrifying numbness when they expected to feel joy.

Drowning is not a requirement of motherhood. If your symptoms feel heavier, darker, or are lasting longer than a few weeks, please do not stay submerged because of shame.

We have a safe space waiting just for you.💙

Back to bringing life into the world and back to helping the women who do.💙

There is nothing quite like the strength of a woman!
