Meet Dr. Pestana also affectionately known as “The Boss” 🙌 Dr. Pestana qualified at the University of the Witwatersrand in 1985, at a time when the faculty of dentistry was considered the 3rd best in the World. She went on to work in State practice for 2 years, before purchasing her first practice in Yeoville. Over the past 40 years, she has worked extensively in Maxillofacial Surgery alongside world-renowned surgeon Prof. Russel Lurie and is passionate about bringing the latest technology worldwide into the practice together with Dr. Jacobsohn. Dr. Pestana thoroughly enjoys both the surgical and aesthetic aspects of dentistry and firmly believes that her patients deserve the absolute best. Despite being a busy Mother, avid traveler and a cyclist, she embodies the phrase “never stop learning” and keeps up to date with the latest technological developments worldwide 🤓

Meet Dr. Pestana-Giuricich 💉 Dr Giuricich is Dr. Pestana’s son and qualified at the University of Pretoria 🙌 He did his community service year in KwaZulu-Natal and spent much of the year working in Maxillofacial surgery 💀 In 2024, he completed his Master of Surgery degree at UCL in London, focusing in minimally invasive aesthetics and anti-ageing medicine. He believes that a smile can communicate a 1000 words and works tireless with our other doctors to enhance the facial aesthetics of each one of our patients 😁
