We’re Hiring: Hospital Manager – As soon as possible 🌟
Location: Robertson, Western Cape

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Hospital Manager to lead our multidisciplinary healthcare team and ensure the efficient, patient-focused operation of our hospital. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Board of Directors, and offers an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic and operational success of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall hospital operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, patient satisfaction, and high-quality clinical outcomes.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost management, and revenue growth.
Drive marketing and stakeholder engagement to grow patient volumes and foster strong relationships with doctors and specialists.
Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and health and safety requirements.
Implement effective HR management strategies to maintain a balanced patient-to-staff ratio and a motivated workforce.
Manage patient admissions, case management, and complaints resolution.
Oversee facility maintenance, equipment utilisation, and procurement processes.
Lead Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives aligned with National Core Standards.
Requirements:
Relevant post-matric qualification, preferably a Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ hospital or healthcare facility management experience.
Proven leadership, financial acumen, and operational management skills.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
Clear criminal and credit record.
