I have been following like a machine!! For the last 3 - 4 weeks. Eating like a drunk girl and losing the weight. I have been on since June 2025 and total loss is 9.5kgs.

I have always loved panna cotta, but the cream isn’t really aligned with my goals so I did a fat free cottage cheese replacement.

It tasted delicious… it hasn’t set yet…🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 but if this works it’s a high protein dessert 😍😍😍

Start everyday with a grateful heart! Look at your life and all the wonderful things you have.

Feeling burnt out? It’s March sounds crazy but it is happening to more people than you think.

Take 10 minutes out of your busy day, sit outside, breathe, look at the wonders of Mother Nature, the blue sky, the green grass, the beautiful bright colored flowers. Look for the beauty and be in awe of it. As you reflect and be still, you recharge and reset.

Look up at the sky tonight and see the full moon and stars. Take it all in. Bask in it!!

During my meditation in my Reiki Studio this morning, one word kept coming up:

Reflection.

The message was clear—stop trying to force someone to be who they’re not. Instead, focus on becoming the person they’re inspired to be.

Work on yourself. Heal. Grow. Shine. And the rest will fall into place.

Reflect the good, the joy, the motivation, and the success.

Don’t drag others along your path—lead by example. Let your light be the mirror they see themselves in.

Be the person they want to be—in life, in love, and in business.
