Our children need guidance when it comes to posture during long school days, homework and studying hours.

A couple of resources to assist: ergonomic desk, ergonomic desk chair, a cook book stand/music book stand for their text books.

If we can get their text book eye level, shoulders relaxed and back supported - we have achieved a lot!

Strengthening your glute complex can be essential when managing long standing lower back pain. Whether you hit the gym, or do home workouts, consider to adapt the following exercises to your routine 💪
