Here are 5 tips to help you sleep better. 😴

👍Be consistent. Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends.
👍If possible, make your sleeping area quiet, dark, relaxing and at a comfortable temperature.
👍Limit your use of electronic devices, such as TVs, computers and smartphones, before sleeping.
👍Avoid large meals, caffeine and alcohol before bedtime.
👍Get some exercise. Being physically active during the day can help you fall asleep more easily at night.

Try this grounding technique to help practice mindfulness which can help you feel less anxious and calmer. Sometimes slowing down, using our senses and taking deep breaths can help us cope better with the stress around us. Try this and let us know how it worked for you? p.s. great exercise to try with your friends and children too - practice together.
