Inner Reach Therapy Hypnotherapy has been practiced for a long time and used for anything from eliminating bad habits All hypnosis is self-hypnosis.

While I have first-hand experience of workplace stress, I also understand the pain and distress caused by childhood trauma. With a childhood characterised by bullying, I am no stranger to the debilitating fear of confrontation, intimidation and abuse. My personal journey to achieving greater self-confidence, self-respect and self-love led me to hypnosis and its potential to ignite a powerful internal healing process. After undergoing several hypnosis sessions myself, I signed up for an intense hypnosis program. Today, I am a registered practitioner with the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association. On completing the program, I established Inner Reach Hypnotherapy with a view to focusing specifically on women and children battling with self-esteem issues as a result of abuse and bullying. My aim: to assist them in harnessing the power of their subconscious minds to overcome adversity and get rid of self-limiting beliefs. Today,
however, I welcome everyone – men, women and children – as men, too, are subject to the same stressors as everyone else. The sub-conscious mind plays a powerful role in informing everything people do. I feel passionate about helping people align their conscious and sub-conscious minds with the same messages. By doing so, they can change the way they react to people and situations that make them feel unhappy, uncomfortable or incapacitated. The hypnotherapist is merely a facilitator of the hypnosis process, which means the patient’s desire to change must be sincere and come from within. I believe my own experiences have made me a compassionate and empathetic listener and hypnotist. I enjoy working one-on-one with people and take pride in helping them make a difference in their lives, whether they want to feel better about themselves, lose weight, stop smoking or get out of toxic relationships. Inner Reach is an outward expression of my own transformation and wish to be a change-agent in a world where people find themselves in situations that can often be isolating (even more so since the advent of the coronavirus pandemic), disheartening and downright toxic. Most importantly, I strive to help people bring their best selves out.

When You're Unsure of Your Path, Focus on Self-Growth and Healing In life, there are times when the future feels uncertain, and the right path seems unclear. During these moments, it can be overwhelming trying to decide what to pursue or where to invest your energy. If you're in such a phase, remember that it's okay not to have all the answers right now. Instead, consider dedicating this time to something deeply rewarding: your own growth, healing, and self-care.

**1. **Grow: Seek out new experiences, learn new skills, and challenge yourself. Whether it's picking up a new hobby, taking an online course, or simply reading more, every small step contributes to your personal growth. Embrace the journey of becoming a better version of yourself.

**2. **Heal: Healing is a crucial part of moving forward. It could mean addressing past traumas, letting go of grudges, or simply taking time to rest and recharge. Give yourself the grace to heal from life's wounds, knowing that it's a vital part of your journey.

**3. **Self-Care: Never underestimate the power of self-care. It can be as simple as taking a walk in nature, meditating, journaling, or indulging in a hobby you love. Prioritize your well-being and listen to your body and mind's needs. Remember, life isn't a race, and there's no right or wrong way to navigate it. By focusing on your own growth, healing, and self-care, you're laying a strong foundation for whatever comes next. This journey of self-discovery and improvement can lead to unexpected opportunities and a deeper understanding of yourself. So, take this time to invest in yourself, and trust that the right path will reveal itself in time.

The "Let Them" theory has become a guiding principle for me as I've grown and learned to accept certain truths about life and relationships, even when it comes to family mistreating and disrespecting me.

For a long time, I tolerated a lot because I feared losing people. I’ve learned the hard way that if someone truly values you, they wouldn't treat you poorly. It’s important not to be so understanding and forgiving that you overlook repeated disrespect.

Let them be upset.
Let them judge you.
Let them misunderstand you.
Let them gossip about you.
Let them ignore you.
Let them be "right."
Let them doubt you.
Let them not like you.
Let them not speak to you.
Let them run your name into the ground.
Let them make you out to be the villain.
Whatever people want to say about you, let them.
Kindly step aside and LET THEM.

The hard truth is they know how much they are hurting you; they simply don't care. They did it knowing they could lose you, and they did it anyway. People who love you care about how they make you feel. Let them go.

There will be people who would rather lose you than be honest about what they've done to you. Let them go.

The lack of respect was the closure. The lack of apology was the closure. The lack of care was the closure. The lack of accountability was the closure. The lack of honesty was the closure. Let them go.

Make the decision to no longer sit at tables where you might be the topic of conversation when you get up. Let them go.

You can still be kind. You can even still love them deeply. But do it from the distance they created with their words and actions. Access to you is a privilege they have proven they can’t be trusted with. Let them go.

You don’t need to tell your side of the story. God already knows. Let God fight the battle for you. Let them go.

It’s taken me a long time to get here - sleepless nights, countless tears, managing a range of emotions filled with anger, disappointment, confusion, and deep hurt. It involved lots of self-reflection, self-preservation, deep prayer, and seeking wisdom from those much wiser than me.

In the ebb and flow of life's chaos, I write to remind you of the profound resilience that resides within you. Life, with its twists and turns, is a canvas on which your character takes shape. Embrace each challenge not as an obstacle, but as a stepping stone for growth.

Your journey is a masterpiece in progress, a tapestry woven with the threads of your experiences. Every trial, every tribulation, contributes to the intricate design of who you are becoming.
