Standing Oblique Crunch, is a variation of the types of crunches . You can add this to a core workout program .

1)You stand straight
2) Arms against your head elbows out
3) Bringing the opposite leg up to touch the opposite elbow .

You can alternate this exercise

Tip: Dont bring your elbow to your knee, bring your knee to your elbow

1 ) Put your weights on the floor before you

2) lie down in a normal plank position

3) Pull the weights up past your chest, keeping a solid plank position .

Tip : Try not let your plank sway from side to side while doing this exercise .
