In Jungian psychology, the persona is the mask we wear in daily life.
It’s the p🎭🌿art of us that shows up at work, with friends, or at family gatherings — the version of ourselves that helps us “fit in” and meet expectations.

The persona is not bad. In fact, it protects us. But… when we only live through this mask, we lose touch with our deeper, authentic self — the one that longs to be seen and accepted just as it is.

🪞 The journey is not about destroying the mask, but learning when to wear it… and when to take it off.
