We always like to be prepared for anything life throws our way, but please consider the impact a heavy handbag can have on your health. Overstuffed bags can cause poor posture by encouraging the carrier to lean to the one side resulting in pain and injury to your back, neck, shoulders and hips.
Instead of always carrying your handbag on the same shoulder, switch sides often so each shoulder gets rest. Square your shoulders - avoid lifting the shoulder on which the bag is carried to keep the straps from slipping.
Try to maintain good posture at all times. When standing, your head, shoulders, hips and ankles should line-up, one comfortably above the other.
Lightening your load is the best way to ensure that your muscles, back and shoulders stay healthy.

What to do!? Can BSR assist in any of these cases?

Yes. With reduced nerve compression, there is often almost immediate improvement in communication, which in turn could result in improved organ function.
