This really is a SUPER SMOOTHIE - good for the gut, brain, immune system, mood, energy skin, hair & nails and general well-being 🙌

We used our PROPA VANILLA SMOOTHIE BLOCKS as the base and added the following The Harvest Table powders:
1 serving MULTI COLLAGEN RADIANCE (for radiant skin, hair & nails)
1/2 serving POWER PROTEIN SHAKE VANILLA (for extra protein & gut health)
1 serving MUSHROOM BLEND BOOSTER (for immunity & brain health)
1/3 serving VANILLA LEAN SHAKE (for gut health, energy & sweetness)

We blended this all together with 1 cup almond milk & 5 blocks of ice. DELICIOUS and literally packed full of the most incredible nutrients! Best of all it contains approx 25g of protein!
