✨ A Gentle Energy Cleanse ✨

Sometimes our energy just needs a soft reset…
a moment to pause, breathe, and return to ourselves.

Here is a simple ritual you can try at home when you feel heavy, tired, or emotionally full.

🌙 What you’ll need
• A bowl of warm water
• A pinch of sea salt
• A candle
• A quiet, peaceful space

🕯️ The Ritual
Light your candle and take a few slow, deep breaths.
Allow your body to soften and your mind to settle.

Add the salt to the water and gently swirl it, setting the intention to release anything that no longer belongs to you.

Dip your fingertips into the water and lightly touch your forehead, heart, and the back of your neck.
As you do this, imagine a soft light clearing and calming your energy.

Close your eyes and breathe slowly five times.
Then softly say:

“I release what is not mine.
I welcome peace, clarity, and light.”

When you feel ready, blow out the candle and give thanks for the moment of healing.

This beautiful ritual is perfect before bed or as we move toward the upcoming Full Moon.
