This is something that we always forget. Thinking we can care about ourselves later, care about our health later, everything else needs attention first. But the sad truth is that there isn't always a "later". YOU and your health should be a priority no matter what! ☝🏻
As we step into a new year, everyone is more motivated to change the lifestyle they used to have. The problem however is that not everyone stays motivated. It is all fun and games for the first week or two and then they just stop because they feel forced, they don't enjoy it or they can't see this working and giving them results. 🤦🏼♂️
We all want immediate satisfaction, but it’s important to be realistic about the deadline you set and remember that everything takes time. Major improvements will never be completed within a week. 💪🏻
So take it day by day. Remember it is not about perfect but about the effort you put in. And when you put in effort every single day, that is when you will see the transformation happening in your life. 💣🔥
