Your diet doesn’t need to be complicated — it needs to be consistent.👌🏻

Here are 10 beginner-friendly nutrition tips that will help you build healthy habits, boost energy, and stay on track without feeling overwhelmed.🥑🥗🥦🍎🥩

1️⃣ Start with small changes

Don’t overhaul your whole diet at once. Focus on one habit at a time — small changes add up.

2️⃣ Prioritise whole foods

Choose food in its most natural form: fruits, veggies, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats.
