The role of traditional healers is taken extremely seriously, by those whom were fortunate enough to have inherited the power of traditional healer or spiritual healer. The initiation process is known as twasa which is comprised of a testing journey filled with personal conflict, strong visions and hardships which are all meant to prepare the traditional healers mentally, physically and spiritually for his or her role. Dr.RUBIcompleted his initiation process as a traditional healer in Cape Town, South Africa.
