Father's Day is coming up tomorrow. Anticipating and Preparing for a future milestone, such as Father's Day, may help you manage your feelings.

By planning and expecting that you may have difficulty dealing with the loss, we can cope better if we plan and anticipate turbulent feelings.

You may want to continue a tradition or ritual to remember, such as visiting the grave, making a donation in their honor, lighting a candle, or doing an act of kindness towards someone on the street, a friend, or a loved one.

Note to self:
Your feelings of despair are absolute and understandable.
Establish a self-care plan to prevent feeling overwhelmed.
