Please note that Natural Aesthetics clinics will close on Friday, 19 December at 1pm for our annual festive break. We will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.

If you need to stock up on products, please do so before 1pm on Friday in-clinic. You are welcome to message or call us to keep products aside. Skincare orders can also be placed online via Skin Spot. Please note that all online orders received during our closure will be processed and dispatched in the first week once we are back.

You can still book appointments for 2026 online. January is already almost fully booked, so we recommend securing your appointment in advance.

Join Our Team! ⭐ We are looking for a presentable and vibrant Front Desk Coordinator to join our Green Point clinic. Salary is market related for the area, with great perks and room for career growth.

Requirements:
✅ Must be a South African citizen residing near our Green Point clinic, ideally within the City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, Milnerton, Century City, Woodstock or Gardens areas, as working hours start at 8:00 or 8:30.
✅ Previous experience or a qualification as a skincare therapist will be advantageous.
✅ Experience at a medical aesthetics practice, laser hair removal clinic or 5-star spa would count in your favour.
✅ Must be computer literate.
✅ A stable career history is essential, as frequent job changes will not count in your favour.

🎓 Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, meeting and greeting patients and ensuring a five-star experience for all visitors. You will support our Head Therapists and Doctors by managing their schedules, sending treatment plans and aftercare instructions, and ensuring that consent forms are received prior to each patient’s appointment. You will also manage stock takes, place orders and oversee general stock management. Other duties include maintaining cleanliness and adhering to the clinic’s hygiene protocols, as well as ad hoc administrative and operational tasks. You will report to the Group Executive.
