Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a Skin and Laser Therapist is based in Somerset West, Western Cape.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, including IPL treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, active facials, and hair removal.

Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed skin assessments, developing personalised treatment plans, delivering professional skincare services, and maintaining exceptional standards of client care. The role also involves educating clients on treatment benefits and recommending suitable products and services aligned with their individual skincare goals. This role also includes administration, reception, and sales duties.

Qualifications

* 4th‑Year Isa Carstens Qualification in Dermal Aesthetics (or currently completing their 4th year / equivalent advanced certification)
* Experience in IPL & advanced aesthetic treatments
* Experience in hair removal and advanced skin care techniques
* Proficiency in treatments such as laser, IPL, microneedling, chemical peels, and body contouring
* Commitment to exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
* Sales experience, with the ability to recommend skincare products and treatments
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Ability to work within a team and contribute to a professional, results-driven environment
