‼️CHRONIC PAIN‼️ Let’s talk chronic pain… this is classified as pain in an area that lasts longer than 3 months.

COVID-19 has caused an increase in the total amount of clients with neck and back pain due to extended hours of work behind a laptop/computer when working from home or the office. Many people are working longer hours in prolonged incorrect postures causing progressively increasing pain in the neck, shoulders, middle back and lower back. Contributing factors also include inadequate desk/computer set up at home and non-supporting working chairs!

Physiotherapy can help with alleviating *postural associated pain* and postural related *headaches* as well as maintenance of good posture and strengthening.
