Confessing grief, loneliness and sin to the One who created you, received forgiveness, compassion and understanding from our Christ can change your mental health significantly.

Scripture meditation has been scientifically proved to decrease anxiety as well as depression. Having a positive effect on the brains neuronal pathways causing noted change in specific areas that control mood and thought processing.

Gods scripture is powerful and should be meditated on regularly.

Although many new Al generated technologies can be helpful, we are very easily tempted and fall into the trap of making CHATGPT our source of “God information”.

We do this through asking CHATGPT questions such as “what should we do here”, “give me information on this” and many more areas of sorcery, future seeking filled questions.

CHATGPT becomes a different version of the crystal ball, tarot cards, palm reading etc

Be wary not to fall into the sin of idolatry and divination under the guise of something that looks “innocent”.
