Energising and aids with some respiratory issues
The strong, minty scent of peppermint oil can invigorate the senses and boost energy levels. It’s particularly useful for relieving mental fatigue, sinus congestion and improving focus!

Hot tip: drop a few drops of peppermint into the palm of your hand, rub your hands together to heat the oil and then place both hands over your nose and inhale deeply. I find this trick helps me when I’m feeling fatigued, frustrated or just in need of a refreshing scent. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Pain Relief
Aroma: The scent of peppermint oil can also have an analgesic effect, helping to reduce the perception of pain.
Application: When massaged into the skin, peppermint oil’s menthol content can soothe muscle and joint pain, reduce inflammation, and relieve tension headaches.

Digestive Aid
Aroma: The smell of peppermint can stimulate the digestive system, helping to relieve nausea and indigestion.
Application: Massaging peppermint oil onto the abdomen can ease stomach discomfort, bloating, and cramps.

I myself have a mild form of IBS and massaging peppermint oil onto my abdomen often helps alleviate some discomfort, especially when I add heat onto the area as well. 💫

I absolutely love essential oils and even for my sports massages, I still do an inhalation as I truly believe essential oils have the most amazing benefits and help to calm the mind and body (as well as the deep breathes 🧘🏻‍♀️) 🍃✨
