Mental Health Information Centre (MHIC) The Mental Health Information Centre has been in operation since 1995 and is situated at the Health Sciences Faculty, University of Stellenbosch.

Welcome to the Mental Health Information Centre, South Africa's top mental health awareness initiative, dealing with people with all kinds of psychiatric disorders, like Alzheimer's Disease (Dementia), Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Epilepsy, PT We received formal recognition from the Medical Research Council in 1997, and continue to work closely with the MRC Unit on Anxiety and Stress Disorders.
