We have a natural desire to be liked by those around us...it's in our biology. We can't help it 😅

We come across people in our lives, where we intuitively know there is a dislike toward us. We generally ask ourselves some check in questions:
"I wonder why they don't like me?"
"Maybe i said or did something?"
"Maybe I'm just not likeable!"

We should always bear in mind, that a fact of life is that we don't like everyone we come across in our lives either! 🙃

There is "opinion", which everyone is entitled to and then there are "facts!"
How we respond inwardly to being disliked is largely based on how we view our own identity!

Standing firm in your identity is crucial to a peaceful, confident life experience.
Your unique identity was given to you by our creator before you were even born! It's something no one can challenge or take away from you!✨️

This pic doesn't actually speak to my personal fears. I'm not afraid of spiders 🕷

But...don't take me any higher than ground level, because then I'm going to have a problem 😅

Overcoming our personal fears can be challenging. We do, however, want to consider looking into how we can go about conquering these fears. 💪✨️

Things like fear of failure, self-doubt, anxiety, and unhealthy self-image they limit us during our life experience 🙃
