Join us for the Teen Wellness Breakfast on 30 August 2025 at Aldeia Nelspruit. We are hosting a Women’s Month event dedicated to inspiring and empowering high school girls aged 13 and up.

This engaging morning will focus on personal development through sessions on skincare, academics, photography, entrepreneurship, and more, led by women-run local businesses.

Time: 09:00 – 12:30
Tickets: R130 (includes breakfast and coffee)

🟢 Green Zone – Calm, happy, focused, ready to learn
🟡 Yellow Zone – Frustrated, silly, nervous, wiggly
🔴 Red Zone – Angry, terrified, out of control
