Last year I had the privilege to achieve most things that were on my DREAM BOARD🙏🏾 and a snatched lean body 💪 were one of the few things I couldn’t achieve. I instead won myself a BIIIGGG preggy belly 🤰 because the Universe had bigger plans for me. I am truly grateful for this gift 😇🥲 it’s a story for another day but everything happened so fast I was playing catch up with little to no planning for the journey. I ended up being unprepared for the 4th trimester of the journey, THE DAUNTING 12 weeks after birth. I was NEVER READY! Especially since I committed to breastfeeding exclusively. The DRAMA of my life 🙆🏿♀️😂🙈 I laugh now because I’m out of the anxiety this phase brought me. Anyway, the long and short of it is, I’m a mom of 3 (Nkwezi, newborn Luyi and @yummygreenychow). I found myself overwhelmed and overindulging in all the bad fattening food with no energy to exercise and now I’m stuck with quite a pile up of unhealthy fat. This is why I’m making means to be back on socials, to share this journey with you knowing it will help someone else that finds themselves stuck in a hole they need to escape.
