What should you consider when you're deciding on which supplements to try?

Although there are some vitamins and minerals our bodies need no matter how old we are, your age can indicate certain nutritional requirements. For instance, older adults might benefit from additional calcium, vitamin B12 and B6, as well as Omega-3 fatty acids, whereas picky children might need a top-up multi-vitamin just to be sure minimum requirements are being met.
