Essential Nutrition was developed in 2015 by Lee Marais, a Bio Energetic Stress Test Practitioner, in Kloof Durban, whose company Essential Health has been operating very successfully for 13 years. Essential Nutrition has been developed to provide people of all walks of life and of all age groups, with the correct, healthy, most nutritive products to assist their bodies daily with all the nutrients needed. Products are all GMO free and mostly certified at the source. Capsules are vegetarian and no animal products such as gelatin is used. The Shakes are VEGAN with unique ingredients which are all incorporated for full absorption and efficacy. Where Essential Nutrition stands out from other nutritional supplements is that we use unique ingredients combining herbal and ayurvedic remedies therefore allowing greater healing potential.

How does IPL work?
As with all light based treatments, IPL works by emitting a wavelength into the skin, which in the case of hair removal targets pigment.
The light is absorbed by the pigment in the hair. It quickly turns to heat which then kills the growing cells that make the hair.
