Chronic disease: Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Chronic Fatigue (CFS), Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis, various forms of arthritis (DJD), HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
My preferences / special interests: REHAB OF ACUTE AND CHRONIC NECK AND BACK conditions , JOINT REPLACEMENTS & posture deformities. As a Biokineticist my aim is to increase people's quality of life through the prescription of rehabilitative scientifically based exercise programs, using the water medium and Pilates based exercises as rehab tools. Other Services:
Mariq as a Biokineticist and all the services at AQUA AND MUSCLE DYNAMICS provides treatment and cost-effective solutions, also on the long term, with monthly fees to members, by qualified instructors
1) Swim school:
for water safety from 3 years, & also teaching strokes & the correction of strokes for all
ages. Also teaching on Saturdays.

2) Maintenance / pilates based Body conditioning Group Classes
Classes are limited to 6 to 8 people per class so as to prevent injury and keep a watchful eye on correct technique

3) Aquatic / Aquarobics group classes

4 ) Pre and post pregnancy exercise prescription

5) HYDROTHERAPY: water allows more effective partial weight bearing in orthopaedic rehabilitation. The support of water allows the painful limb to be moved passively & actively by decreasing the compression forces on painful joints and assists movement.

6) Senior citizens:
Strengthening of the muscles surrounding the joints to aid in stabilizing the joints and reduce impact on the joint.

●Movements that are consequently impossible to do.
● Correct exercise is the cornerstone for treating a frozen shoulder that has different phases. Correct diagnosis is important.
●A sonar is also recommended with prolonged discomfort.
