Whether you’re in for the 25, 60 or 100miler - fuelling is everything.
The general rule for endurance events:
👉 60–90g of carbs per hour
Start fuelling in the first 30 minutes and aim to take in small amounts every 15–20 minutes — before fatigue kicks in.
Gels, drink mix, energy bars - they all count.
