🔮 Returning to Light: A Winter Solstice Transmission

21 June marks more than just the longest night of the year. It’s a soul portal. A spiritual reset. A moment of deep stillness that invites your whole being to surrender and begin again.

As the Winter Solstice arrives in the Southern Hemisphere, we enter the sacred void — where the old melts away and the new hasn’t quite taken form. It’s a place of potential, not panic. And in that stillness, you meet the truth of who you’re becoming.

🕯 A Time of Sacred Darkness
This is not just about winter.
It’s about the death of what no longer belongs.
It’s about honouring the endings that feel like heartbreak and choosing not to numb them.

🌀 Closing: You Are the Awakening
Dear soul, this isn’t just another planetary update.
This is a remembrance.

You don’t need to obsess over every retrograde or fear every cosmic shift.
Because the real shift is always within you.

Let the world shake.

Winter Solstice 21 June

As we tilt the furthest away from our sun, we find ourself in the deepest winter, but also starting the slow swing back. Next will come spring and regrowth, and then summer again. It always reminds me of the eternal cycle we live in. Nothing lasts for ever, there is constant change.

Fiery Mars, the planet of action is moving in to earthy Virgo, and we should feel this energy bring more drive and motivation to the moody feels we have been going through lately, while Mars crossed through watery Cancer. Virgo challenges us to focus on health care, our habits and daily routine, and this is a great time to take care of those things that we have been putting off – a doctor’s appointment, taking the car for a service, fixing a leaking roof, starting an exercise routine … you will know what has been niggling at you. The Sun moves into Cancer on June 20, bringing us more intuitive wisdom, emotional grounding and encouraging more self love at the same time, and we have the New Moon, the time of planting seeds and setting intentions, on Wednesday 25 June, moving into Cancer.

The perfect astral combination to take a look at old habits and patterns that need a shake up and the time to make grounded decisions and invest energy and powerful intentions into bringing things into being.
