DUMBBELL SIDE RAISE - KING OF SIDE DELT MOVEMENTS
・This movement, when done correctly, will stimulate your shoulders like no other movement can.
・Make sure to fly the weight away from you, keeping your elbows higher than your wrists at all times.

WIDE GRIP UPRIGHT BARBELL ROW
・This movement allows you to load your side delts with heavy weight, which makes it very useful.
・Make use of a slight rocking motion to lessen pressure on the shoulder joint.
・Lead with the elbows and drive them upward, keeping your wrists down.

ONE ARM SIDE RAISE - DB OR CABLE
・This movement is the perfect finisher. You can lean over or stand up straight.
・You don’t have to lead with your elbow on this one.

All rep ranges will build some form of strength and muscle, but what it comes down to is intensity.

These 3 powerhouse pulling movements are essential for a back that commands attention and exudes strength!

・The Wide Grip Pullup is king. If you could only choose one movement, this would be it. Use a wide overhand lock grip to maximise force.
・The Wide Grip Pulldown comes in 2nd for pulling, mainly because you can load more weight than a pullup. Use a thumb-over or lock grip; both work great.
・The Wide Grip Reverse Grip Pulldown fries the Teres Major. Use a lock grip and direct your attention higher up towards the armpit.

Combine these movements with both close grip and wide grip rows and pulls.
