・This movement, when done correctly, will stimulate your shoulders like no other movement can.
・Make sure to fly the weight away from you, keeping your elbows higher than your wrists at all times.
WIDE GRIP UPRIGHT BARBELL ROW
・This movement allows you to load your side delts with heavy weight, which makes it very useful.
・Make use of a slight rocking motion to lessen pressure on the shoulder joint.
・Lead with the elbows and drive them upward, keeping your wrists down.
ONE ARM SIDE RAISE - DB OR CABLE
・This movement is the perfect finisher. You can lean over or stand up straight.
・You don’t have to lead with your elbow on this one.
